- Record Retrieval - we obtain medical records, business records, and payroll and personnel records by deposition on written questions or by authorization. We obtain, by authorization, records from state and federal agencies such as the Department of Workers Compensation or Social Security Administration. We also obtain certified copies of police records.
- Court Reporting - LORR provides certified court reporters for depositions and sworn statements, and we provide you with printed and/or digital e-transcripts.
- Videography & Photography - LORR's photographers provide videography for depositions, and we can edit those recordings for your deposition designations at trial. We provide still photography and video services to record any aspect of your case, from site inspections to day-in-the-life videos.
- Online Repository - LORR can scan your documents and convert them into a digital format, cutting down on paper and making your case files mobile, available wherever you are 24/7 via the Internet.
- Presentations & Exhibits - LORR creates SanctionII digital exhibit databases, trial boards, photo enlargements, digital slide shows, and PowerPoint programs for use at trial or mediation.
- Private Process Service - LORR serves citations and subpoenas to parties and witnesses for deposition or trial, and can assist in issuing subpoenas.
- Courtroom Playback - LORR provides personnel and equipment for your presentations, or we can train you or your staff.
